Job description
Scope of Work:
• Executing territory sales plan & quota in alignment with regional plans
• Managing performance of sales representatives
• Actively observing & reporting local market trends to enable quick decision making
• Working as per product mix targets based on revenues, volumes & margins
• Working as per customer mix targets based on type of stakeholder, revenue contribution proportions & dependency factors
• Achieving revenue targets for optimal YoY growth
• Ensuring timely payments in customer portfolio
• Assisting with client acquisition and client retention action plans
• Assisting in the delivery of technical services of products across client portfolio
• Periodic sales reporting to cluster manager
• Troubleshooting & suggestive actions, in coordination with cluster manager
