Overview: Responsible for ensuring our textile chemicals deliver exceptional results for our customers by delving into application processes, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with various teams to refine and elevate our product offerings

Scope of Work:
•    Conduct in-depth studies on textile applications, identifying critical performance parameters and potential areas for improvement
•    Design and execute trials to evaluate the effectiveness of our chemicals in various textile processes (e.g., dyeing, finishing, functionalization)
•    Analyze test data to identify trends, correlations, and opportunities to enhance product performance and application efficiency
•    Work closely with product development to translate performance insights into product innovations and formulation adjustments
•    Partner with the technical service team to develop application protocols and troubleshooting guides that ensure optimal customer results
•    Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team, enabling them to effectively communicate product benefits and address customer challenges
•    Stay current on industry trends and advancements in textile technology, chemicals, and testing methodologies
•    Troubleshooting & suggestive actions, in coordination with Technical Manager
