Key Role & Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers to promote products or services.
• Identify potential customers through lead generation, research, and follow-ups.
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions or services.
• Identify new business opportunities by developing relationships with prospective clients.
• Research and identify new markets to expand the company’s reach.
• Achieve sales targets by closing sales deals efficiently and maintaining a positive customer relationship.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, inquiries, feedback, and client information in the system.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with potential customers.
Required Skills:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email Handling).
Qualifications:
• Any Degree / 12th Pass (Preferred but not mandatory).
• Freshers with a passion for sales and customer interaction are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in telecalling / customer support / sales is an added advantage.
