Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Branch Administration Manager to oversee the daily operations of our research branch. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless administrative processes, support research activities, and maintain compliance with organizational policies. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both people and resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities:Branch Administration and Operations:
•    Manage the day-to-day administrative functions of the branch, including facility management, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
•    Oversee the procurement and maintenance of research equipment, office supplies, and other branch necessities.
•    Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and ethical guidelines in research operations.
•    Monitor branch budgets, expenditures, and financial records, ensuring cost-effective operations.

Research Support:
•    Coordinate with researchers and teams to provide administrative and logistical support for ongoing and upcoming projects.
•    Assist in preparing and managing project timelines, documentation, and reporting requirements.
•    Facilitate collaboration between research teams and external stakeholders, including vendors, sponsors, and academic institutions.

Team Management:
•    Lead and mentor the branch’s administrative staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
•    Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
•    Conduct regular meetings to review branch goals, address challenges, and implement solutions.
Compliance and Reporting:
•    Maintain accurate records of branch activities, including research progress, employee performance, and operational metrics.
•    Ensure timely submission of reports to senior management and stakeholders.
•    Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, integrating them into branch operations as needed.
