Anora, headquartered in Richardson, Texas, with subsidiaries in India, Germany, Singapore, and Malaysia, is a global leader in electronic test and testability solutions. As the semiconductor industry grows, Anora is expanding its operations and seeking experienced CNC VMC Operators to support our innovative manufacturing processes.

Position Overview:

We are looking for B.E. Freshers who are willing to start up their career as Operator and handle the setup, operation, and maintenance of Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) at our Chennai facility.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Set up and operate VMC machines based on technical drawings.
•    Load materials, input programs, and adjust settings for optimal production.
•    Install and calibrate tooling and fixtures for each job.
•    Inspect parts using precision instruments to maintain tight tolerances.
•    Adjust programs as needed and troubleshoot performance issues.
•    Perform routine maintenance and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications:

•    Education: B.E degree is required; vocational training preferred.
•    Experience: Fresher, with willingness to learn about Operating machines.
•    Skills: Ability to read technical drawings, use precision tools, and maintain high production quality.
