Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for calling listed numbers, attending incoming calls, resolving client queries, and handling follow-ups via WhatsApp or phone calls. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and providing seamless communication.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Calling: Make outbound calls to listed numbers to provide information, resolve queries, and follow up with clients.
•    Handling Incoming Calls: Attend to inbound calls and assist customers with their queries or concerns.
•    Client Query Resolution: Address and resolve client issues efficiently while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
•    Follow-ups: Perform follow-up actions through phone calls or WhatsApp to ensure customer needs are met.
•    Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, queries, and follow-up activities.

Skills & Requirements:
•    Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide clear information.
•    Telephonic Etiquette: Professional phone handling etiquette with the ability to maintain a polite and positive demeanor.
•    Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computer systems and proficiency in using communication tools like WhatsApp, email, and CRM software.
