About the Role
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in a wide range of web development technologies, such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript, frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular), backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java), and databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
• Full Stack Development Experience: Extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying web applications or software systems using modern full stack development methodologies.
• Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team, delegate tasks effectively, and drive results in a collaborative environment.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality products within deadlines.

Requirements

• Code Review: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintainable, scalable code.
