About the Role

•    Technical Skills: Proficiency in a wide range of web development technologies, such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript, frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular), backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java), and databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
•    Full Stack Development Experience: Extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying web applications or software systems using modern full stack development methodologies.
•    Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team, delegate tasks effectively, and drive results in a collaborative environment.
•    Project Management: Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality products within deadlines.
•    Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
•    Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve technical challenges and optimize application performance.

Requirements
•    Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of full stack developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful completion of projects
•    Project Management: Oversee the entire development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, task allocation, timeline management, and quality assurance
•    Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of full stack development technologies, frameworks, and tools to guide the team in making sound technical decisions and solving complex problems.
•    Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork among team members and stakeholders
•    Code Review: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintainable, scalable code.

•    Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and promote continuous learning and improvement within the team.
