Job description
Handle customers’ enquiries and instructions, whilst ensuring that the Bank’s delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction. e.g. timely checking of account opening documentation, opening of Accounts etc.
Required Candidate profile.
• Minimum 45% in 10, 12 & Graduation is required for this YES Bank course
• Graduation: Any Stream/Any Mode
• Mode of Education: 10th, 12th, and Graduation
• Age: Up to 27 Years at the time of admission
