Roles and Responsibilities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
• Conduct mass recruitment drives to fill large volumes of open positions within a short span.
• Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions for bulk hiring needs.
• Source and attract top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and campus placements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
Desired Candidate Profile
• 0-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field
• MBA/PGDM degree from any specialization;
• Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with candidates at all levels.
