Job Overview:
We are seeking Sales Officers/Executives to join a leading bank, focusing on Microfinance and other banking products. This role is open to both freshers and individuals with prior field sales experience. It’s an excellent opportunity to kickstart or advance your career in the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Promotion: Promote and sell microfinance products and other banking services to potential customers.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and offer suitable banking solutions.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the bank.
• Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and drive client acquisition.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the bank’s products and services to effectively communicate and sell to customers.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Experience: Freshers or candidates with at least 1 year of field sales experience in any sector.
2. Education: Any Graduate.
3. Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
• Customer-oriented with a proactive attitude.
• Basic understanding of banking products (preferred but not mandatory).
