We are hiring Sales Officers/Executives for a leading bank to promote and sell Microfinance and other banking products. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with field sales experience to start or grow their careers in the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell the bank's microfinance and other banking products to potential clients.
• Identify and approach potential customers to expand the bank's clientele.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Provide detailed information about the bank’s services and products to customers.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and the bank's offerings.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
1. Experience: Freshers or minimum 1 year of field sales experience in any industry (Banking, Insurance, Telecom, etc.).
2. Education: Any Graduate.
3. Skills:
