Job Description: 

Role & Responsibilities:

1.    Operating EDM Machine:
•    Handle and operate Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) equipment efficiently.
•    Ensure precision machining as per design specifications.
2.    Job Setting:
•    Set up the machine for production runs.
•    Adjust machine parameters to achieve desired accuracy and surface finish.
3.    Electrode Setting:
•    Properly set and align electrodes for machining operations.
•    Ensure correct placement and calibration for optimal performance.
4.    Machine Programming:
•    Create and modify EDM machine programs as per job requirements.
•    Troubleshoot and optimize machine settings for better efficiency.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
•    Residents of Salem preferred.
•    Experience in EDM machine operation is an advantage but not mandatory.
