Job Description: 

Role & Responsibilities:

1.    Production Plan vs. Actual:
•    Monitor and compare the production plan against actual performance, identifying any discrepancies.
•    Ensure the production targets are met according to the schedule.
2.    Resource Availability:
•    Ensure the availability of the 4 M resources (Man, Machine, Material, Method) for smooth production operations.
•    Coordinate with relevant departments to manage resource allocation effectively.
3.    Production Gap Analysis & Action:
•    Conduct gap analysis to identify differences between planned and actual production outcomes.
•    Take appropriate actions to address gaps and ensure production targets are met.
4.    Ensure 5S & EHS:
•    Implement and maintain 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) practices in the workplace for cleanliness and organization.
•    Ensure adherence to EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
