Job description
• Manage sales orders from receipt to fulfilment, ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery.
• Communicate and provide updated/relevant Sales & Outstanding reports -daily, weekly, and monthly of pan India customers
• Create an order entry calendar for follow up
• Manage order processing from order to material receipt at customer end.
• Conference calls to review daily reports with the sales team
• Provide necessary selling tools for Market appointments
• Help to create an agenda for Sales meetings
• Miscellaneous tasks, attending customer calls, etc
• Support Head Office and a team of Sales Heads on administrative duties like coordinating meetings, travel schedule, and general organization
• Prepare, generate, and manage reports used by management for pipeline, revenue forecasting, analysis, and budgeting
• Create communication/presentations by using revenue/pricing data to update the sales team
