Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Inspector to join our team in the valve and actuators manufacturing industry. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the company s quality standards and industry regulations. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience in quality control or inspection.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control:Inspect and monitor processes, materials, and finished products to ensure they meet required quality standards.Identify any deviations from quality standards and report them to senior management.
Compliance Monitoring :Ensure all products comply with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.Assist in maintaining and implementing the company s quality management system (QMS).
Supplier Quality Monitoring :Monitor and inspect incoming materials from suppliers to ensure they meet quality standards.Communicate non-conformities to suppliers and record corrective actions.
Internal Audits :Assist in conducting internal audits to assess compliance with quality standards and systems.Help track and maintain audit results and corrective actions.
Customer Feedback and Complaints :Assist in responding to customer feedback and complaints, ensuring corrective actions are taken when necessary.Support the implementation of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) to resolve quality concerns.
Risk Management and Process Improvement :Assist in identifying potential risks in production processes and work with the team to develop solutions.Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance product quality.
Document Maintenance :Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with QMS requirements.Support the creation and updating of quality documentation, including inspection reports and non-conformance records.
Root Cause Analysis :Assist in performing root cause analysis for quality issues using various tools and techniques.Support the team in identifying corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
