Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Inspector to join our team in the valve and actuators manufacturing industry. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the company s quality standards and industry regulations. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience in quality control or inspection.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Control:Inspect and monitor processes, materials, and finished products to ensure they meet required quality standards.Identify any deviations from quality standards and report them to senior management.

  • Compliance Monitoring :Ensure all products comply with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.Assist in maintaining and implementing the company s quality management system (QMS).

  • Supplier Quality Monitoring :Monitor and inspect incoming materials from suppliers to ensure they meet quality standards.Communicate non-conformities to suppliers and record corrective actions.

  • Internal Audits :Assist in conducting internal audits to assess compliance with quality standards and systems.Help track and maintain audit results and corrective actions.

  • Customer Feedback and Complaints :Assist in responding to customer feedback and complaints, ensuring corrective actions are taken when necessary.Support the implementation of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) to resolve quality concerns.

  • Risk Management and Process Improvement :Assist in identifying potential risks in production processes and work with the team to develop solutions.Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance product quality.

  • Document Maintenance :Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with QMS requirements.Support the creation and updating of quality documentation, including inspection reports and non-conformance records.

  • Root Cause Analysis :Assist in performing root cause analysis for quality issues using various tools and techniques.Support the team in identifying corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
