Job description
• Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet our quality standards and customer specifications.
• Analyze inspection data to identify trends and root causes of defects.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve quality processes.
• Prepare and maintain quality control documentation, including inspection reports and non-conformance reports.
• Participate in internal audits and ensure compliance with relevant quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Assist with the development and implementation of new quality control procedures.
• Work collaboratively with production, engineering, and other departments to ensure consistent product quality.
Requirements
• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing / Quality Control) or a related field.
• Internship or trainee experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Strong understanding of basic quality control principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
