Key Responsibilities:

•    Content Creation: Assist in developing instructional materials, lesson plans, and educational resources that align with our training objectives.
•    Research: Conduct research on educational best practices, learning theories, and industry trends to inform curriculum design.
•    Review and Edit: Review and edit existing curriculum materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and effectiveness.
•    Collaboration: Work closely with instructional designers, educators, and subject matter experts to gather input and feedback on curriculum content.
•    Adaptation: Help adapt and update curriculum based on feedback, assessments, and changing educational needs.

•    Research Skills: Ability to gather and analyze educational content and standards.
•    Creativity: Strong creative skills to design engaging and effective learning materials.
•    Writing and Editing: Proficiency in creating and refining clear and engaging educational content.
•    Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
•    Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with educational technology and tools (e.g., Learning Management Systems) is a plus.
•    Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with team members.


Requirements
•    College student with a strong interest in Curriculum development.
•    Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
•    Committed to deadlines and passionate about delivering high-quality work.
•    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a WFH environment.
•    Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
•    Skills: Strong writing, editing, and research skills.
•    Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; knowledge of instructional design tools is a plus.
•    Creativity: Ability to design engaging and innovative educational materials.
•    Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
•    Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to feedback.
•    Portfolio: Relevant work or academic projects showcasing your skills (preferred).
