We are a leading pharmaceutical firm based in Trivandrum, looking for dynamic, motivated Medical Representatives to join our growing team in Nagercoil. If you have a passion for healthcare sales and are eager to make a meaningful impact in the industry, we would love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:
•    Promote and sell our range of pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and medical staff.
•    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key healthcare professionals to ensure product adoption and brand visibility.
•    Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to effectively market our products.
•    Conduct detailed product presentations and provide healthcare professionals with essential information about the benefits and applications of our pharmaceutical products.
•    Achieve sales targets by managing territory, planning visits, and maintaining regular communication with healthcare professionals.
•    Record and update sales activities, customer interactions, and performance records.
•    Collaborate with the sales team to meet objectives and strategically grow the business.
•    Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies while promoting products.

Skills & Qualifications:
•    Diploma in GNM or B.Sc. Nursing (Preferred qualification).
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Strong sales orientation with a focus on building professional relationships.
•    Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
•    Freshers are welcome to apply, and prior experience in pharmaceutical sales is a plus.
•    A basic understanding of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry is beneficial.
