We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Medical Coders. This role involves translating critical patient health information into alphanumeric codes, which are essential for accurate medical claims processing and healthcare data management.
Medical Coding is the process of converting detailed patient health information into standardized alphanumeric codes. Coders review medical reports provided by doctors—detailing patient conditions, diagnoses, prescriptions, and procedures—and convert them into a structured code set. These codes play a crucial role in billing, insurance claims, and healthcare data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Analyze medical records and reports provided by healthcare providers.
•    Accurately assign appropriate ICD, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on diagnoses, treatments, and procedures.
•    Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and coding standards.
•    Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to clarify and validate coding details.
•    Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records for billing and insurance purposes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

•    Education: B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Pharm/M.Pharm or related field.
•    Skills:
•    Strong understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codebooks.
•    Analytical skills to review medical documents and ensure precise coding.
•    Knowledge of healthcare documentation standards and claim submission processes.
•    Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
