Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Steward / Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, manage inventory, and assist in food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including utensils, equipment, and surfaces.
•    Assist in inventory management and ensure the kitchen is stocked with necessary supplies.
•    Help in food preparation as required, following kitchen protocols and hygiene standards.
•    Ensure the proper handling and disposal of waste materials.
•    Maintain kitchen safety standards and follow all food safety guidelines.

Required Candidate Profile:

•    Qualification: Graduate from a reputed Hotel Management Institution.
•    Experience: At least 2 years of experience in catering services or a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
•    Skills: Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
