You will be practicing Industry Research, Headhunting, Professional Networking/Industry Mapping and handle End-to-End Recruitment Cycle for our key accounts. Your key responsibilities/learning for this role will not be limited to:
• Sourcing & screening profiles, short-listing the candidates in preliminary rounds.
• Building professional network, headhunting and business development.
• Learn & handle complete recruitment lifecycle.
• Reaching out to relevant target audience/candidates, conducting initial phone screens and selecting candidates as per the clients requirement.
• Taking initial exploratory interviews.
• Following the entire recruitment process with the selected candidates.
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews.
• Give efficient recruitment solutions to clients and candidates.
Required Skill | Qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation in any stream {preferably Btech}
• Should have extremely good analytical skills and learning attitude.
• Good internet skills, your active participation on various informative communities and forums would fetch you extra bonus points.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• You should be a good team player & should have Go-getter attitude and ability to do multitasking.
• Ability to work independently and under high pressure situations.
• Positive attitude and should have required patience to learn and grow.
