Job Description 

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our team. This is an entry-level position, and we are open to fresh graduates from any background. Candidates will be expected to work in night shifts with a focus on excellent communication skills and customer service.

Eligibility Criteria:
•    Educational Qualification:
Any Graduate (except BE/BTech/Technical background).
•    Skills & Requirements:
•    Good communication skills in English are a must.
•    Freshers welcome to apply.
•    Must be flexible to work night shifts.
•    Immediate joiners preferred (please apply only if you can join immediately).

Responsibilities:
•    Engage with customers, providing excellent service and support.
•    Handle customer queries via voice, email, or chat.
•    Follow company guidelines to ensure quality and efficient service.
•    Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
