Job Overview

RSoft is seeking highly motivated and proactive Field Marketing Officers to drive brand awareness, engage potential clients, and generate leads for our sales team. The role requires individuals with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for customer engagement, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities
•    Conduct field visits to engage with potential clients and promote RSoft's products and services.
•    Identify and connect with prospective customers through direct interactions, events, and on-site activities.
•    Educate clients about RSofts innovative solutions and understand their specific requirements.
•    Generate leads and schedule follow-up appointments for the sales team.
•    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions using RSoft’s CRM system.
•    Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and goals.
•    Work towards achieving monthly targets for lead generation and client engagement.
What We Expect
•    A minimum of 1 year of experience in field marketing, sales, or a related role (freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
•    Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil & English (proficiency in additional languages is an advantage).
•    Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
•    Proven ability to work independently and take the initiative to achieve targets.
•    Willingness to travel locally as part of the role.
•    Male candidates are preferred for this position.
•    Immediate joiners will be given preference.
