Job description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze, document, and manage project requirements, ensuring they are clear, actionable, and aligned with business goals. As the bridge between stakeholders and development teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the team has an accurate understanding of project requirements and deliverables.
Roles and Responsibilities you will be handling, after RSoft providing all knowledge to you:
1. Mastering RSoft CRM:
• Gain a deep understanding of the RSoft systems, its current functionalities, and capabilities.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation and training materials (user guides, videos) to facilitate team and customer understanding.
• Provide training to internal teams on how to use RSoft CRM effectively for various business scenarios.
2. Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to gather and analyze new feature requests or improvements to existing functionalities.
• Understand how these requirements align with customer expectations and contribute to the overall growth of the CRM.
• Research competitor CRM systems to identify potential opportunities for innovation and improvement.
3. Design and Documentation:
• Translate business needs into detailed and clear functional designs and workflows.
• Prepare well-structured requirement documents, flowcharts, wireframes, and other supporting materials to guide the development team.
4. Development Coordination:
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring seamless communication.
• Support the development team in understanding business requirements and provide clarifications when needed.
5. Testing and Quality Assurance:
• Test new features and functionalities upon completion to ensure they meet the agreed requirements and expectations.
• Identify and report any bugs or inconsistencies and work with the development team to resolve them promptly.
6. Customer-Centric Enhancements:
• Evaluate how customer-raised requirements can benefit the broader customer base.
• Provide insights on how these enhancements contribute to the CRM's competitiveness and value proposition.
7. Documentation and Reporting:
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of CRM functionalities, updates, and processes.
• Regularly update stakeholders on the progress of projects and enhancements.
8. Training and Knowledge Sharing:
• Create engaging training materials, including step-by-step guides and videos, for team members and end-users related to the systems you develop.
• Conduct training sessions to equip teams with the knowledge to use the CRM effectively for diverse business cases.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
• Knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage
