Business Development Executive-Intern

 

Role & responsibilities:

  • Act as SMM and design posters for promotions

  • Schedule and organize training sessions

  • Coordinate with trainers to ensure the effective delivery of programs.

  • Manage training materials and venue.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for enquiries and feedback.

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing their needs promptly.

  • Provide regular updates to clients on program outcomes and improvements.

  • Maintain detailed records of training sessions, interactions, and outcomes.

  • Prepare reports on business development activities and training effectiveness.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs and business strategies.

 

Preferred candidate profile

  • Any Bachelors degree

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office.
