Business Development Executive-Intern
Role & responsibilities:
Act as SMM and design posters for promotions
Schedule and organize training sessions
Coordinate with trainers to ensure the effective delivery of programs.
Manage training materials and venue.
Act as the primary point of contact for enquiries and feedback.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing their needs promptly.
Provide regular updates to clients on program outcomes and improvements.
Maintain detailed records of training sessions, interactions, and outcomes.
Prepare reports on business development activities and training effectiveness.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs and business strategies.
Preferred candidate profile
Any Bachelors degree
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
