Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our EdTech team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth by engaging with prospective students and their parents, guiding them through the decision-making process, and ensuring a smooth transition into our programs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct Counseling Sessions for Students and Parents
• Engage with students and parents to understand their learning needs, career goals, and concerns.
• Provide detailed information about our courses, learning modules, and educational pathways.
• Offer personalized counseling to help students select the most suitable programs.
2. Convert Leads into Paying Customers
• Contact and nurture leads generated through marketing efforts and inbound inquiries.
• Build rapport with prospective customers, address their queries, and motivate them to enroll.
• Consistently achieve sales targets by effectively closing deals.
3. Follow Up with Potential Customers
• Maintain continuous communication with potential customers to ensure timely follow-ups.
• Track leads throughout the sales pipeline and provide necessary assistance during their decision-making journey.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process post-enrollment, offering support and guidance as needed.
4. Handle Objections & Provide Course Guidance
• Address concerns and objections raised by students or parents regarding course content, pricing, or other aspects.
• Present clear solutions and course options, helping customers overcome doubts and make informed decisions.
• Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers feel confident in their enrollment choices.
