Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Counseling: Conduct counseling sessions for students and parents, providing guidance on courses, career options, and enrollment processes.
• Lead Conversion: Engage with potential students, address their queries, and convert leads into paying customers.
• Follow-Ups: Regularly follow up with prospective students to ensure successful enrollments and smooth onboarding.
• Objection Handling: Address concerns, provide detailed course information, and help students make informed decisions.
• Target Achievement: Work towards meeting enrollment targets and contribute to the growth of the institution.
Required Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Persuasive and sales-oriented approach
• Ability to build rapport with students and parents
• Knowledge of educational programs and career counseling
• Experience in admissions/sales is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
• Any graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any field)
• Prior experience in counseling, sales, or customer service preferred
