Key Responsibilities:

•    Acquiring new clients for CASA products.
•    Managing and servicing existing clients, ensuring satisfaction.
•    Achieving sales targets for new accounts and cross-selling other products.
•    Selling life insurance products to clients.
•    Providing clients with guidance on policy options and benefits.
•    Meeting sales goals and building long-term customer relationships.
•    Promoting and selling various loan products (personal, home, etc.).
•    Assisting customers with loan applications and document processing.
•    Ensuring timely loan approvals and smooth disbursement.

Operations
•    Handling daily banking operations efficiently.
•    Assisting customers with transactions and inquiries.
•    Ensuring operational compliance with bank policies.
