Job Description 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Field Marketing Executive to promote our agricultural products across key areas and locations. The role involves actively engaging with farmers, conducting product demonstrations, and driving product awareness through field marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Product Promotion: Promote the company’s product offerings in designated key areas as per the individual plan agreed upon with the manager.
•    Demonstrations & Field Days: Organize and conduct on-field demonstrations, field trials, and farmer interaction days to showcase product effectiveness.
•    Farmer Engagement: Build strong relationships with farmers and provide them with product information, usage guidance, and solutions to agricultural challenges.
•    Campaign Execution: Implement region-specific product promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and product penetration.
•    Feedback & Reporting: Provide regular updates on campaign progress, farmer response, and demonstration outcomes. Suggest improvements or changes to enhance product acceptance.

Candidate Profile:

•    Willingness to Travel: Ready to travel and work in rural areas across Tamil Nadu as part of marketing campaigns.
•    Communication Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with farmers and stakeholders.
