• Conduct user research, testing, and analysis to inform design decisions.

• Ensure designs are intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and accessible to all users.

• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.

• Stay up-to-date with current design trends and technology advancements.

• Communicate design concepts and design rationale to stakeholders and team members.

• Continuously iterate and improve designs based on feedback and testing results.
