We are offering an exciting opportunity for fresh Civil and Mechanical Engineering graduates to join our Structural Steel Connection Design Department. This role will involve designing structural steel connections, working with international clients across the USA, Mexico, and Europe. You will have the chance to gain hands-on experience and exposure to real-world projects with a focus on advanced structural design techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
1.    Structural Steel Connection Design:
•    Work on the design of steel connections for various structural applications.
•    Create and analyze design calculations, ensuring they meet the required codes and specifications.
2.    Collaboration with International Clients:
•    Engage with clients based in the USA, Mexico, and Europe.
•    Communicate design ideas and revisions, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with international standards.
3.    Design Documentation:
•    Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to design projects.
•    Ensure proper documentation for all design calculations, drawings, and client communications.
4.    Software Utilization:
•    Utilize structural design software to create and analyze steel connection designs.
•    Continuously improve your skills in software tools used in the industry.
5.    Quality Assurance and Compliance:
•    Follow best practices and industry standards to deliver high-quality designs.
•    Ensure compliance with local and international building codes, standards, and regulations.

   Education:
•    B.E. Civil / Mechanical Engineering (2024/2025 Batch)
•    Skills Required:
•    Strong understanding of structural steel design principles.
•    Knowledge of design codes and standards (e.g., AISC, Eurocodes).
•    Familiarity with software tools such as AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, or similar.
•    Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Excellent communication skills to collaborate with international clients.
