Job description

Basic Knowledge in Manufacturing Processes and Machine Handling:

• Understanding the principles of various manufacturing methods such as machining, casting, molding, and assembly.

• Proficiency in operating, calibrating, and maintaining diverse machinery and tools to ensure seamless production.

• Ability to read and interpret machine manuals, schematics, and work instructions.

• Identifying and addressing minor machine malfunctions or deviations promptly to minimize downtime.

Ensure Shopfloor Safety:

• Adhering to workplace safety regulations and company policies to ensure a hazard-free environment.

• Using personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately and ensuring others comply with safety standards.

• Conducting routine inspections to identify risks, implement safety measures, and report concerns.

• Promoting a culture of safety through training and awareness programs.

Ensure Product Quality:

• Conducting regular quality checks to meet production standards and customer expectations.

• Monitoring production output to identify defects or inconsistencies, ensuring corrective actions are taken.

• Maintaining accurate documentation of quality control processes and test results.

• Collaborating with the quality assurance team to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
