Job description

  • Design and optimize heat transfer and thermal systems for heat exchangers.

  • Perform thermal calculations and select appropriate configurations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient solutions. Meet client and project requirements with innovative designs.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thermal analysis and simulations to evaluate the performance of thermal systems, including heat exchangers, cooling systems, and thermal management components.

  • Design, develop, and optimize thermal systems based on project specifications and customer requirements.

  • Utilize computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software and other thermal simulation tools to assess heat transfer, temperature distribution, and flow behavior in designs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and product design engineers, to integrate thermal solutions into the overall product development process.

  • Perform thermal validation and testing to ensure the designed systems meet performance, safety, and reliability standards.

  • Provide recommendations for improving thermal efficiency, reducing energy consumption, and ensuring effective heat dissipation.

  • Review and modify existing thermal systems to improve performance and resolve potential issues.

  • Prepare detailed technical documentation, including reports, specifications, and presentations, to communicate thermal design solutions to internal teams and clients.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in thermal technologies and apply them to enhance design capabilities.
