Greeting customers and providing them with product information and assistance.Conducting product demonstrations and providing recommendations to customers.Processing customer orders and ensuring that they are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner.Following up with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with their purchases and addressing any issues or concerns they may have.Assisting with the merchandising and display of products to ensure a visually appealing and organized store environment.Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions and inventory levels.Collaborating with other sales associates and team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.Providing feedback and suggestions to management on ways to improve the sales process and customer experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
