Job description

Key Responsibilities:
•    Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
•    Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
•    Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
•    Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales.
•    Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and manage the sales pipeline.
•    Address customer inquiries and objections effectively.
•    Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
•    Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.

Required Skills:
•    Prefered Bachelors Degree in a reputed organization
•    Knowledge in in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
•    Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•    Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
•    Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
•    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•    Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
•    Candidates who can speak Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, or Hindi is an added advantage.
