Suriya Neet Academy is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential customers, booking demo sessions, and encouraging them to visit our nearby suriya neet academy . If you have a passion for education and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
•    Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and explain Suriya NEET Academy offerings.
•    Book demo sessions for interested customers.
•    Persuade and encourage customers to visit the academy.
•    Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while engaging with customers.
•    Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
•    Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and improve processes.

Requirements:
•    Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory.
•    Previous telecalling experience in edu-tech companies is a plus.
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•    Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
