Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Telephone Sales Representative to join our Delivery Office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, processing courier and parcel bookings, and promoting additional services to enhance customer experience and drive sales revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
• Respond to inbound customer calls, providing exceptional service and resolving queries.
• Process courier and parcel bookings, ensuring accurate information and timely delivery.
• Address customer concerns and complaints, escalating issues as necessary.
Sales:
• Promote additional services (e.g., express delivery, insurance, tracking) to customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to increase sales revenue.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets.
Booking and Delivery:
• Accurately process bookings, ensuring correct recipient information and delivery details.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Monitor delivery status and update customers on tracking information.
Administrative:
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and sales.
• Update customer information in CRM system.
• Perform data entry tasks as required.
Experience
• 0-2 years of customer service or sales experience (call center experience preferred)
• Familiarity with courier/logistics industry (desirable)
Performance Metrics:
• Customer satisfaction ratings
• Sales revenue growth
• Booking volume and accuracy,4. First-call resolution (FCR) rate&
• Average handling time (AHT)
