Job description

 

  • Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, guiding them through the sales process and addressing their concerns and questions
  • Closing Sales: Utilize persuasive and negotiation skills to close sales deals, including handling objections and overcoming resistance
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the organization
  • Marketing Responsibilities: Market Research: Conduct market research to identify target demographics, customer preferences, and competitive landscape
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, which may involve email marketing, social media marketing, or other online and offline methods
  • Lead Nurturing: Engage with leads generated through marketing efforts, providing information and building interest in the product or service
  • Database Management: Maintain customer databases and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights, which can be used to improve marketing strategies and product offerings
  • Analytics: Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, track key metrics, and use data to make informed marketing decisions
  • Compliance and Data Protection: Ensure compliance with telemarketing regulations and data protection laws, such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) in the United States and GDPR in Europe
  • Obtain necessary permissions for marketing and sales communications, including managing opt-out request
