Job description

We are looking for a Tele Caller Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally. Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently
•    Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information
•    Manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
•    Update and maintain customer databases
•    Achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Supplemental Pay:
•    Performance-based bonus
•    Quarterly bonus based on targets
•    Yearly bonus for consistent performance

Skills Required:
•    Excellent verbal communication skills
•    Ability to work in a team and independently
•    Good knowledge of customer service principles
•    Strong problem-solving abilities
