Job Description: 

Key Responsibilities:

•    Generate leads through effective and strategic communication with potential and existing customers.
•    Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and promote suitable products.
•    Keep accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions using CRM software to ensure follow-up and effective management.
•    Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into successful sales opportunities.
•    Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insightful market intelligence.
•    Assist in creating marketing materials and campaigns to support lead generation efforts.
•    Collaborate with internal teams to improve product offerings based on customer feedback.

Requirements:

•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential customers.
•    Familiarity with CRM software to track customer interactions and manage leads.
•    Ability to analyze customer needs and offer effective solutions.
•    Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation.
•    Understanding of the industrial equipment or machinery industry is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

•    Previous experience in product marketing or lead generation roles.
•    Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques to close deals.
•    Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
