Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling & Customer Interaction: Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls, introducing the company’s products/services and generating interest.
2. Lead Generation & Appointment Setting: Identify potential customers from a given database and schedule appointments for the sales team.
3. Achieving Daily Targets: Maintain a steady flow of outreach efforts to ensure the required number of appointments and leads are generated daily.
4. Maintaining Records: Document all calls, client interactions, lead details, and follow-ups in the system for tracking and future reference.
5. Meeting Performance Goals: Work towards achieving and exceeding the set targets for calls, leads, and appointments.
Required Skills:
• Prior experience in outbound calling or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
