Job description

Project Role Description :Own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. Develop, deploy and support infrastructures, applications and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

•  Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
•  Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
•  Ensure the smooth functioning of systems and applications.
•  Contribute to the development and deployment of infrastructures and technology initiatives.
•  Follow best practices for delivering services and maintaining system integrity.
•  Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
•  Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
•  Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems.
•  Conduct system audits and ensure compliance with established standards.
•  Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
•  Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
•  Assist in training and onboarding new team members.

Professional & Technical Skills:

•  Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
•  Good To Have Skills:Experience with Workplace Solutions.
•  Strong understanding of system architecture and operations.
•  Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
•  Familiarity with cloud technologies and platforms.
•  Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
•  Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
•  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Additional Information:

•  The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Microsoft 365.
•  This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
•  A 15 years full-time education is required.
