Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition (TA) Consultant with 0-1.5 years of experience in IT recruitment who can join us immediately. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for sourcing top tech talent, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role involves end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding them successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-End Recruitment Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
• Sourcing & Screening – Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and other sourcing channels to identify top IT talent.
• Stakeholder Management – Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide suitable candidates.
• Candidate Engagement – Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience.
• Job Posting & Employer Branding – Craft compelling job descriptions and post them on various platforms to attract top talent.
• Database Management – Maintain an updated candidate pipeline and track recruitment metrics.
• Market Research – Stay updated on IT hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 0-1.5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminologies.
• Experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and ATS platforms.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to handle multiple open positions and work under deadlines.
• Strong sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, networking, and referrals.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred).
