Job Description

Daily Tasks

•    Prepare and submit a report summarizing the day’s activities and CCI report
•    Record and monitor attendance of children daily.
•    Track attendance of staff members each day.
•    Oversee breakfast preparation and distribution to children.
•    Ensure proper monitoring and recording of children's movements within and outside the facility.
•    Manage and update information on the Vatsalya portal as required.
•    7.Maintain and update records on the CPIMMS portal.
•    Conduct growth monitoring for children once a month.
•    Schedule and manage weekly off days for house mothers and cooks.
•    Work with volunteers and schedule educational or recreational classes.
•    Ensure children are supervised during campus cleaning and study times.
•    Perform regular rounds to check on the condition of cottages and facilities.
•    Gather and update data related to children’s activities, health, and other relevant information.
•    Compile and submit a detailed monthly report summarizing key activities, achievements, and challenges.
•    Oversee and monitor tuition-related activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
•    Prepare and present a quarterly report.
•    Represent the organization and manage donor interactions when the Child Welfare Officer (CWO) is unavailable.
•    Regularly update various registers (e.g., Menstruation, children home contact, food menu, stationary issued, volunteers attendance, telephone register, personal belonging, staff leave register, children and staff committee register, school leave register, growth monitoring, visitors register, admission register, children temporary leave register, hmc meeting register)
•    Follow up on the Individual Care Plans (ICP) for children to ensure compliance and progress.
•    Ensure that counselors conduct scheduled group sessions with children.
•    Manage security-related tasks and ensure the safety of the facility.
•    Liaise with municipal or corporation workers for various facility needs.
•    Check and manage stock in the room.
•    Work with school teachers and staff to ensure smooth educational operations.
•    Monitor and follow up on the renewal of necessary licenses and certifications.
•    Handle tasks related to the submission of bills and financial documentation.
