Job Description

We are hiring Full-Time Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to join our dynamic team. As an SME, you will be responsible for providing solutions on e-learning portals and assisting in content development. Key Responsibilities:
•    Create and provide solutions over e-learning portals for various subjects.
•    Use your expertise to ensure high-quality content delivery and resolve any issues related to course material or questions.
•    Collaborate with other SMEs to maintain and enhance content accuracy and quality.
•    Ensure all solutions provided meet company standards and enhance the learning experience for users.
•    Work in collaboration with teams to improve the efficiency of the e-learning platform and resolve technical issues.
•    Stay updated on the latest trends in e-learning and educational technologies.

Skills & Qualifications:
•    First-Class Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
•    A minimum of 6 months of e-learning experience.
•    Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver clear, accurate, and efficient solutions.
•    Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
•    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
•    Experience with e-learning platforms and technologies is a plus.
