Job description

   The ideal candidate will be familiar with the full software design life cycle. They should have understanding of basics of mobile or web applications. They should be comfortable in taking support calls.

   Responsibilities:
•    Understand our web & mobile app based software solution like the back of there hand.
•    Take call, understand and document users feedback so as tech team can resolve it.
•    Troubleshoot over screen share after understanding of the applications functional aspects.

Skills:
•    Zeal to learn about web & mobile app functional & technical aspects.
•    Good understanding of MS Excel, Word or PPT so as to document the cases if required.
•    Proficient understanding of English or Hindi or Any local lang. based upon region.
•    Previous experience in Software support will be preferred.

Requirements:
•    Graduate/Post graduate degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent experience.
•    0 to 2 years in the IT industry and a good understanding of the full life cycle of development.
•    Notice period cannot be more than 30 days.
•    Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•    Ability to meet deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment.
