Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Team Leadership:
•    Lead and manage a team within the agency vertical to achieve sales targets.
•    Foster a high-performance culture and motivate team members to drive business growth.
2.    Sales Strategy & Execution:
•    Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to meet individual and team targets.
•    Oversee the performance of the sales team, ensuring sales goals are met consistently.
3.    Client Relationship Management:
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive retention and new business opportunities.
•    Engage with potential and existing customers to promote the company’s insurance products.
4.    Market Insights & Reporting:
•    Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies as necessary.
•    Regularly report on team performance, sales progress, and market feedback to senior management.
5.    Recruitment & Training:
•    Assist in the recruitment and training of new team members.
•    Provide ongoing support and development opportunities to team members.
6.    Compliance & Ethical Standards:
•    Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards.
Requirements:
•    Experience: Experience in a leadership or team-handling role within the insurance industry is preferred. However, freshers and retired professionals with a background in insurance are also welcome to apply.
•    Age Limit: Up to 48 years.
•    Immediate Joiners: Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Skills:
•    Strong leadership and team management abilities.
•    Deep knowledge of life insurance products and sales processes.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to drive sales growth and meet targets.
•    Analytical skills for performance tracking and decision-making.
Desired Background:
•    Individuals with previous experience in insurance sales, especially in B2C, or those with experience in handling agency teams.
•    Freshers and retired professionals with an insurance background are encouraged to apply.
