Job  Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing retail sales, and overseeing distribution operations in the assigned territory. The role requires field visits, identifying business opportunities, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Achieve sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
•    Develop and maintain relationships with retail partners, distributors, and customers.
•    Identify new sales opportunities and expand the market reach.
•    Monitor sales performance, track competitor activities, and suggest improvements.
•    Conduct regular market visits to assess stock levels, promotional activities, and customer feedback.
•    Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and availability across retail outlets.
•    Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and sales drives.
•    Provide timely sales reports and market insights to management.

Key Skills & Competencies:
•    Strong sales and negotiation skills.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•    Knowledge of retail sales and distribution processes.
•    Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
•    Problem-solving attitude and target-oriented approach.
•    Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Minimum Qualifications:
•    Any Graduate (Any stream).
•    0 to 5 years of experience in Sales, Retail Sales, or Distribution – preferably in Footwear, FMCG, or FMCD industry.
•    Freshers with a passion for sales and fieldwork are encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:
•    Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
•    Own vehicle preferred for field visits (may vary as per company policy).
