Should have hands on experience in HRMS product sales
A deep understanding of the sales process, sales techniques, and industry knowledge is essential.
Should have successfully lead a team of Sales force.
Should possess an excellent communication and profound command over language.
Should be a strategic thicker with ability to set long-term goals and develop plans to achieve them.
Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, competitive landscape and consumer behaviours and preferences
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Lead, mentor and motivate the team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional performance of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, Digital Marketing, operations etc) to align marketing strategies with overall business goals and a seamless customer experience.
Communicate marketing plans and results to senior management and stakeholders.
Provide insights to inform product/service enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various initiatives.
Provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Adapt marketing plans as needed based on changing market dynamics and business goals.
