Job description

  • Should have hands on experience in HRMS product sales

  • A deep understanding of the sales process, sales techniques, and industry knowledge is essential.

  • Should have successfully lead a team of Sales force.

  • Should possess an excellent communication and profound command over language.

  • Should be a strategic thicker with ability to set long-term goals and develop plans to achieve them.

  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, competitive landscape and consumer behaviours and preferences

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

  • Lead, mentor and motivate the team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional performance of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, Digital Marketing, operations etc) to align marketing strategies with overall business goals and a seamless customer experience.

  • Communicate marketing plans and results to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Provide insights to inform product/service enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various initiatives.

  • Provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

  • Adapt marketing plans as needed based on changing market dynamics and business goals.

 

Education

  • UG:  Any Graduate

  • PG:  Any Postgraduate
