Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

•    Sales Management: Drive sales volume and ensure the achievement of contribution targets within the assigned territory, focusing on enhancing market share and managing collections effectively.
•    Business Growth: Responsible for achieving both bottom-line financial targets and sustained market share growth in the region.
•    End-User & Product Handling: Manage relationships with end users, ensuring product satisfaction, and ensuring effective use of products.
•    Secondary Sales Management: Oversee and drive direct secondary sales activities, ensuring timely execution and achievement of sales goals.
•    Hardware Sales: Focus on driving hardware counter sales, including managing product knowledge, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting the benefits.
•    Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with customers, ensuring consistent communication and alignment with business goals.
•    Product Launch & Market Expansion: Lead the successful launch of new products (including hardware) and work towards increasing market penetration to expand market share.
•    Channel Management: Oversee the distribution channel, identifying areas for improvement and executing necessary actions to optimize reach and efficiency.
•    Promotional Campaigns: Design, execute, and monitor promotional schemes to drive product visibility, hardware sales, and customer engagement.
•    Products: Netting solution/Anti-Bird Nets/ and other CPD Products
